New Work / DŽADOŇ’S VILLA IN BRNO

What would it look like if Tomáš Džadoň moved into Jurkovič’s villa in Brno? The Moravian Gallery is currently exploring this with him. He is intervening in the interiors, he is also in the garden and he has parked a wooden mutant-style maringotto in front of Jurkovič’s Art Nouveau-shaped and yet still authentically folkloric gate. The exhibition runs until 31 March 2018. Curator Rostislav Koryčánek.
